Hi8US, an RCM&E free plan built by Ron Gray

Ron has been as prolific as ever, and once again I am struggling to keep up just adding his output to our website.

The Hi8US was built from a free plan in the November 22 edition of RCM&E. In many ways it explains why I am so reluctant to build from a plan only…but happily Ron explains.
