March Club Meeting – ‘Show & Tell’

I have just published the February minutes (password required) and thought to include a couple of random snaps from last night’s ‘show and tell’.

Ron Gray had 2 Laser 4 strokes to discuss – a flat twin in his large WotsWot, and an inline twin in a similarly substantial P51 Mustang. I can’t think why, but I have no build reports for either of these.

I do have a 3 second flying video of the P51 – turn up the sound and enjoy.

Apologies if this video display is a bit cack-handed viewed on a phone. For reasons unknown the video won’t resize for different screens. Still works though.

Ron used these engines to good effect the other day at Buckminster. If you see him, stop and ask for the story.

And, at last, Kevin Hunt has been able to complete his very impressive printed airliner project. It’s ready for a test flight and I shall continue to plague him for a write up and build photos. Even the tyres were 3D printed!

I am fairly sure that Vic will include more information and additional photographs in the minutes of the March meeting.
