15 May 2022 – BMFA Record Attempt and BBQ at Knettishall
Vic Blackwood, Club Secretary, sent the following email to all members, yesterday, 29 March 2022:
‘Guys,
You will have seen the message sent to everyone by the BMFA regarding their wish to establish a record for the most models flying at 12:00 on Sunday 15th May 2022. To this end, our gallant Knettishal flyers are planning to get involved and, at the same time, “make a day of it!” for BMFC Members. They intend to have a BBQ available (on a pay as you munch basis). Ian McDowell will be including the details on the Club website and on Team Up but clearly, he would also to get a feel for numbers so that the requisite burgers, sausages and buns etc can be catered for.
