A mere 6 months after completion of the build, which took 3 years including a break for despair, the weather settled to be half decent. Inspired by Dave Gregson’s phenomenal Beaufighter, I had restarted in October 2022 and completed the Hornet to a ready to fly state in January 2023.

Convinced it was anything but a competent build, I was equally convinced it wouldn’t fly.

Yet it did, and I shall be completing the detail.
