2023 Competition, Hanky Planky Foamie build instructions

Ron has put together a set of instructions to help those of us intending to build a Hanky Planky Foamie. They partner the kit of parts he has prepared, but the instructions and the drawing he has prepared will be useful to anyone going it alone too.
